Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using services from Posh Paws Mobile Pet Grooming (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide luxury mobile pet grooming services in the San Francisco Bay Area, from San Francisco down to San Jose. All services are performed in our self-contained mobile spa unit at the address you provide.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

4. Pet Health & Safety

You confirm that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and is free from contagious illness. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or sensitivities prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for the safety of the pet or our groomers.

5. Matting & Special Conditions

Severely matted coats may require shave-down for the pet’s welfare. Additional fees may apply for de-matting, extra-large breeds, or extended grooming time.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Gratuities are appreciated but never required.

7. Liability

While we treat every pet with the highest level of care, grooming is not without inherent risk. Posh Paws is not liable for pre-existing conditions exposed during grooming or for behavioral injuries caused by the pet.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
